Work in an up-beat, fun environment of our Adventure Tourism office. Anchor the O.X. office and meet and greet clients, answer questions about trips, book trips, email correspondence, gate-keeper of communication between the guides, management and logistical support staff. Other jobs may include helping guides / management with trip prep / expense forms. Must be fun and enjoy meeting travelers from all over the world and a good communicator (English + basic Spanish).

We are looking for an energetic manager with attention detail. This job entails overall operational logistics management (bills, expenses, rent, advertising, pay-roll, transport, food, security, etc.) as it pertains to managing the over-all operations of the Guatemala office. Tasks include coordination of other subordinate staff (office worker staff) with guide staff and managing over-all trip execution, communication with upper management, expense tracking, daily / weekly / monthly task report generation (excel, word, email, google docs knowledge). Guide clients on half and full day bike tours in and around the Antigua, Guatemala area in an up-beat, fun, professional way. We use hard-tail basic mountain bikes (mostly TREK) on our cultural and activity bike tours. Guide in charge of bike cleaning and preparation. Requirements include: Leadership and or training experience, good communication skills, biking experience, basic bike repair and good physical fitness. Similar job experience a plus however not a requirement. Guides must have their own BIKE, we ship it. 6 month commitment / contract. We train on all tour routes. Please send resume and references to:

Guide clients on day-trip, overnight and multi-day excursions on the local volcanoes (up to 13,000ft/ 4000m) in an up-beat, fun, professional way. Guides are in charge of the trip prep, execution and trip clean-up for all excursions. Requirements include: Leadership and or training experience, good communication skills, outdoor experience and good physical fitness. Similar job experience a plus however not a requirement. We need help with volunteers to head up our environmental clean up programs as well as help at our guest house and office. What's in it for you? You get to stay and play with the O.X.
