The Hike Zip Bike Tour starts with a 1.5 hour hike. We begin on the cobblestone streets of Antigua and continue into the surrounding hills winding around a hillside with picturesque views as the trail meanders through shaded forest overlooking the valley below. Finally emerging from the forest to a Mayan village, our path takes us down to an Eco-Lodge. Here we relax and have the option to buy some food and or drinks.

After getting our fill we continue higher on the trail to the zip-line tower. Here suit up in our harnesses and connect to the zip-line and fly across the valley! Speeds on this zip-line reach 50 km per hour at up to 80 meters high, over the 500m long trip. Once the other side is reached, we climb up to the next zip tower and zip/fly back to our original side of the valley. Heart pumping effortless flight, albeit assisted! Afterwards we saddle up on the bikes and enjoy the swooping ride down a paved road until reaching the cobblestone streets of Antigua.
